Learning And Development Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-focused professional to join our Learning and Development team. This is a full-time, permanent role involving information provision, advice, and resource support for managers and Learning Management System (LMS) users, as well as LMS system administration responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities- Provide information, advice, and resources to LMS users
- Act as LMS system administrator/super user
- Offer resolutions or recommendations on Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Resolve User Issues with LMS
- Configure and modify courses
- A relevant qualification in Learning & Development or HR at a minimum of QQI Level 5 framework
- Experience in similar Learning & Development environments, desirable
- Previous knowledge of relevant ICT systems, such as Learning Management Systems and CRM
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and flexibility with the ability to take initiative.
