Job Overview
">We are seeking a highly skilled Global Tax Director to join our client, a global technology business headquartered in Dublin. As a key member of the tax team, you will contribute to major transactions, oversee compliance, and manage tax risk across the group.
Main Responsibilities:

- Lead the global consolidated tax provision process">
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple international jurisdictions">
- Collaborate with senior leadership on advisory projects, including M&A, financing, restructuring, and cash repatriation">
- Monitor international tax developments to identify potential risks and opportunities">
- Implement strategies to address these effectively">
- Manage tax audits, disputes, and relationships with relevant tax authorities">
Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of PQE tax experience, preferably in a multinational group or Big 4 firm">
- Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS, and global tax regulations">
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and risk management">
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders">
