About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to facilitate the customer care journey from point of completion through to the end of the warrantee period. This includes communicating and liaising with customers via various channels to effectively resolve queries and issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer care journeys from start to finish
  • Communicate and liaise with customers via multiple channels
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer enquiries and deal with complaints
  • Log defects into the defect tracker accurately
  • Collaborate with site teams regarding raised issues

Our ideal candidate has significant experience in a customer care position, managing a high volume of customer queries and complaints. They possess strong IT skills, including MS Office, and have experience using Zendesk. Experience within the construction/property industry is also desirable.
