Enterprise Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled support specialist to join our global team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to customers on our platform management suite of products.

This is a challenging role that requires strong customer service and handling skills, as well as the ability to interface, collaborate and prioritize customer issues and effectively communicate solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, focusing on migrations in an enterprise setting.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, reproducing them in support lab environments and communicating solutions to customers.
  • Maintain a personal queue of ongoing customer issues until resolution, interfacing with other departments as needed.
  • Document all customer case details on our case tracking system.
  • Contribute to creating and publishing documentation in a customer-focused knowledge centered support environment.
  • Pursue self-improvement through training and development opportunities, sharing knowledge with other specialists.
Requirements
  • Previous technical support experience dealing with enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management, Office 365 and Microsoft applications.
  • Strong understanding of messaging and collaboration systems, particularly Office 365 and on-premise Exchange servers.
  • Experience with debugging tools and techniques, including EWSEditor and SP Browser.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals and system administration principles.
  • Understanding of MAPI and EWS, as well as experience managing Microsoft SQL Server.
Preferred Competencies
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Access Control and user management.
  • Azure/Virtual Server technology experience.
  • Powershell scripting skills.
  • Active Directory Management expertise.
