We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in EMEA.
The successful candidate will provide high-level technical support to ensure customers' success and maximum value from their solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a single point of contact for all technical support cases on assigned projects
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the technical environment to resolve issues efficiently
- Provide reactive and proactive support and guidance to improve solution performance and reliability
- Coordinate with other experts and product development teams to expedite timely resolution of support cases
- Calm analytical approach to problem-solving and excellent troubleshooting skills
- Professional manner with excellent communication skills, authoritative voice during critical situations
- Strong relationship and team building skills, ability to negotiate and resolve conflict
- Familiarity with Linux, Shell scripting, Container experience, Networking knowledge, Databases, Web technologies, Cloud experience, and programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript)
