IT Support Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows 10 & 11, Office 365 and MS Teams, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. The Job Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level helpdesk support onsite and remotely
  • Monitor the service desk queue to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Install, configure, and support PCs running Windows 10 & 11
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues on PCs/Printers
  • Manage computer assets
  • Determine the proper escalation path for unresolved issues
  • Participate in and contribute to a dynamic IT team
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in deskside support in a corporate IT environment
  • Degree or technical certification in IT or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, and MS Teams
  • PC/Laptop hardware configuration and troubleshooting
  • Mobile devices/Mobile OS
  • AD/TCP/IP network knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
