The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in empowering talent and building futures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with leaders to ensure HR compliance and best practice.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to identify individual training needs.
- Guide managers on performance management tools to align goals and improve performance.
- Support 400+ employees across entities.
- Contribute to HR and company strategic goals.
- Deliver HR, Payroll, and L&D reports; ensure compliance with employment law and policy.
- Promote positive employee and industrial relations; resolve complex ER issues and grievances.
- Focus on retention, attrition, performance management compliance, headcount, and engagement.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvements.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Proven ability to work confidentially and discreetly.
- Minimum CIPD and third-level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Minimum 5-10 years working in a Human Resource function.
- Previous experience with employee representative bodies.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, diplomatic, and negotiating skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
