Job Title: SHEQ Professional

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management Systems across all operating regions.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Investigate incidents, dangerous occurrences, ill health and near misses, and prepare comprehensive reports and statistics.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to site and office-based staff on all aspects of our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management Systems and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to employees as required to recognised/acceptable standards.
  • Promote a positive health and safety ethos and culture at all levels in our organisation and with sub-contractors.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a construction health and safety/environmental & quality related role.
  • Previous experience of ISO 14001 and Constructionline.
  • Proven ability to produce RAMS and Coshh Assessments.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Experience in delivering presentations/training sessions.
  • Knowledge of health and safety, environmental, energy and quality management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
