Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the finance officer in delivering all financial and administrative duties. The role involves administering debtor and creditor accounts, general administration across finance, property management, and procurement, as well as performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing debtor and creditor accounts
  • Providing administrative support with finance, property management, and procurement tasks
  • Performing daily bookkeeping tasks, including weekly lodgements, credit/debit payments analysis, petty cash, and invoicing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role providing financial and administrative support
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel
