Job Title: Finance and Operations CoordinatorThe Finance and Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial management of our organization. This includes administering debtors and creditors accounts, providing general administration support across finance, property management, procurement, and financial reporting and compliance.Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day book-keeping duties, including weekly lodgements, analysis of credit/debit payments, petty cash, invoicing.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations on all accounts.
  • Prepare profit and loss budgets for homelessness and housing divisions.
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll for GSCK.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts for senior management and the Finance Sub-Committee.
  • Support the preparation of annual accounts ready for audit.
  • Provide financial administration for events and activities, including fundraising efforts.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Able to work within policy frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
