Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive service for Prepaid Voucher Billing, ensuring all credit card billings are processed and cash is received in line with all prepaid voucher purchases.

The role involves processing credit card refunds, collecting, analysing, monitoring, adjusting and manually allocating payments to all invoices in a receivable status on the Prepaid billing accounts. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate all partial refunds, prepare and distribute monthly Prepaid statements for billing purposes and analyse exception reports and query logs for all monthly billing statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process credit card billings and ensure cash is received in line with all prepaid voucher purchases.
  • Process credit card refunds and ensure customer charges are correct.
  • Collect, analyse, monitor, adjust and manually allocate payments to all invoices in a receivable status on the Prepaid billing accounts.
  • Coordinate all partial refunds to ensure the correct accounting entries are made.
  • Analyse exception reports and query logs for all monthly billing statements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Reconciliations and Accounts Administrator position.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel is essential.
  • Previous experience with Oracle is an advantage.
