Job Description

We are seeking a Housing Implementation Consultant to support our expanding team in Southern Ireland. The role will involve remote work and national travel to customer sites, requiring a flexible and available individual.

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on implementing our Housing system rents modules, particularly differential rents. They will gather requirements and workshop solutions with customers, ensuring the best solution is defined. Excellent advice and best practice will be provided to current customers using our system.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement NEC Housing system rents modules – focusing on how the system is configured and built.
  • Gather requirements and workshop solutions with customers to ensure the best solution is defined.
  • Provide expert advice and best practice to current customers using NEC Housing.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and communicate any issues to internal teams.
  • Create training courses and solution design manuals for both customers and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Irish Social Housing Management.
RequirementsEssential Skills
  • Knowledge of Rents Management within Social Housing.
  • Understanding of Differential Rents.
  • Experience in implementing Housing Management Systems or Modules, focusing on system configuration and build.
  • Ability to achieve positive customer feedback through effective consultancy and training.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and manuals.
