ETB Partnership Lead

We're seeking an experienced professional to build trusted relationships across Ireland's Education & Training Boards, steer procurement engagement, and ensure solutions meet ETB needs.

This role involves strategic engagement with ETB leadership teams, creating touchpoints via conferences and policy forums, and representing Compass as a sector thought leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Engagement
    • Act as primary liaison with ETB leadership teams and ICT staff
    • Proactively create touchpoints via sector conferences and working groups
  • Procurement Support
    • Partner with sales teams on tenders, aligning proposals to ETB needs and policies
    • Provide sector intelligence on competitor positioning and decision-making structures
  • Delivery Support
    • Collaborate with Implementation to meet ETB-specific delivery requirements
    • Help establish pilot projects and case studies within the ETB sector
  • Internal Knowledge Sharing
    • Act as subject matter expert for the ETB sector, briefing colleagues regularly
    • Build internal playbooks and templates to strengthen Compass' effectiveness with ETBs
