Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

This is a highly responsible role within the finance department, focusing on managing accounts payable and payroll operations for multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volume accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Set up new supplier accounts and ensure seamless communication.
  • Resolve queries related to invoices and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Manage payment processing for invoices and payroll.
  • Assist with documentation and reporting for payroll and starters/leavers.
  • Provide swift support for payroll-related queries and produce payroll reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy accounts function, preferably with AP experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Able to self-organize and work effectively as part of a team.
