This involves developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory levels. The goal is to create a seamless experience for our customers while maintaining compliance with quality and sustainability standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement management, particularly in complex industries like pharmaceuticals. SAP expertise is essential, as is the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively. Fluency in English is a must.

As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Managing purchasing categories, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Ensuring alignment with corporate policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement management, preferably in large corporations
  • SAP experience is mandatory
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
