Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our busy sales office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will enable us to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative duties including typing, filing, and managing correspondence
  • Responding to customer inquiries and orders in a timely manner
  • Processing invoices, order dockets, and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service at the trade counter
  • Coordinating shipments and handling associated documentation
  • Monitoring and responding to daily emails
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Proficiency in using software systems such as Opera 3 is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
