Job Description

We seek an accomplished Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead our dynamic F&B division in Dublin, Ireland.

  • Drive operational excellence and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Purposefully align F&B operations with the hotel's strategic objectives, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and talent development, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Manage cost control, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to maintain financial stability and meet performance targets.
  • Strategically partner with the Executive Chef and Events team to refine menus, enhance private dining experiences, and consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintain full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations, upholding the highest standards of quality and service.

About You

  • Demonstrated success in senior F&B management roles, preferably within 4-5 star hotels or premium hospitality groups.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale operations, managing budgets, and delivering guest-centric service.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for mentoring talent.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience in forecasting, cost control, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems like HOTSoft or Volante is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of current food trends, regulatory requirements, and luxury service standards.
