
Project Documentation Specialist

As a meticulous and proactive Document Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation using digital platforms. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain seamless document control and support the successful delivery of complex builds.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain project documentation using digital platforms (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar)
- E nsure version control and proper distribution of drawings, specifications, and reports
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to track document flow
- Support audits and compliance checks with up-to-date records
- Implement and improve document control procedures across projects
