Reservation Supervisor Role
As a key member of our Reservations Team, you will be the primary point of contact for hotel reservations and play a critical role in supporting the management team with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide exceptional customer service and respond to incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- To have full knowledge of all rates, packages, and promotions applicable to the resort and ensure accurate information is entered into current systems.
- To build relationships with guests and confidently sell our services, identifying opportunities for new or increased business.
- To participate in and promote special events, such as golf tournaments, weddings, and corporate functions.
Requirements
