At our esteemed hotel, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Supervisor.

This pivotal role will oversee daily operations and optimize room occupancy while ensuring seamless communication with guests and colleagues alike.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a reservations capacity, with expertise in managing incoming reservations via phone, email, and web. Proficiency in Guestline reservations system is also an advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional guest service through efficient handling of booking enquiries.
  • Accurately inputting reservations into the Guestline system to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Communicating guest requests to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with the team to manage individual and group bookings effectively.

A successful Reservations Supervisor will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management abilities, and an eye for detail. Additional requirements include:

  • Experience with hotel PMS, preferably Rezlynx.
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines and handle high-volume bookings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
