We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to drive change through technology and make a real impact.

About the Role

This role involves designing, building, and scaling solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions. As a technical SME for Power Platform and AI within the team and across the business, you will collaborate with experts in service design, agile coaching, solution architecture, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable solutions using Power Platform
  • Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot Studio, OpenAI APIs) into business workflows
  • Act as a technical SME for Power Platform and AI within the team and across the business
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead and support agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, show and shares)
  • Delveiver training sessions and create documentation to support adoption
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and user engagement
