Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring site safety on one of Ireland's most significant residential developments.

This multi-phase, mixed-use scheme delivers circa 550 apartments along with retail units, offices, a créche, landscaped urban spaces, and sustainable features like green roofs and solar panels.

  • Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance on site.
  • Provide expert advice and resolve safety concerns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to promote safe practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits.
  • Support design and project teams to integrate safety into every stage.
Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of H&S experience (construction or housing preferred).

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
