Financial Services Role

We are seeking an ETF Servicing Analyst to join a leading global financial services firm on a 9-month contract.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) within a dynamic and client-focused environment.

You will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to ETF clients, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, while maintaining a strong control environment and supporting operational excellence.

  • Deliver high-quality service to ETF clients by ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients and relevant parties
  • Monitor daily ETF operations and liaise with stakeholders to resolve exceptions
  • Act as an escalation point for Authorised Participants (APs), managing their queries effectively
  • Build strong working relationships with Investment Managers and APs
  • Identify and resolve service issues promptly, escalating where needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Ensure robust control standards through daily task completion and oversight

The ideal candidate should have previous experience servicing ETFs, with strong knowledge of the funds administration industry.

Additionally, they should possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise under tight deadlines.

A strong communicator and relationship manager is required, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
