Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex employment-related investigations. This role involves conducting intake meetings, background research, investigative interviews, and debrief meetings across various Meta office locations.

You will partner closely with global cross-functional partners to conduct prompt, thorough, and fair investigations. This includes investigating complaints involving violations of law or policy, analyzing relevant documents and data, and preparing reports and summaries.

In addition, you will provide timely communication to all relevant parties throughout the investigations process and remain respectful and empathetic in the face of difficult situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience conducting investigations that withstand legal scrutiny in multiple jurisdictions. They will also possess proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.

Strong collaborative relationship management skills, problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking skills, and high degree of confidence working with data are essential for this role.

  • 10+ years of experience conducting investigations that withstand legal scrutiny in multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and exercise sound judgment in decision-making
  • Exhibit strong collaborative relationship management skills while effectively navigating a dynamic, cross-functional environment
