We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage the smooth coordination of our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless order processing, dispatch, and courier management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to oversee daily logistics operations

  • Coordinate dispatch and liaise with courier companies to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate system records
  • Provide regular ETA updates and customer support
  • Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar warehouse admin or logistics support role
  • Strong IT and system skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to multitask accurately
