We are currently seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to drive the creation of site portfolio schedules.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating Site Portfolio Schedule using Microsoft Project and Primavera scheduling tools
  • Transferring Existing Project Schedules from one tool to another where necessary
  • Chairing Interactive Scheduling Workshops with various stakeholders to develop and refine schedules
  • Maintaining Alignment of sub-project schedules, providing progress metrics and supporting mitigation plans
  • Developing a Close Working Relationship with the scheduler on capital projects to identify common milestones and workload peaks
  • Monitoring Progress and providing timely updates to stakeholders

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment
  • Degree qualification in a technical discipline
  • Proficiency in Primavera scheduling tool
  • Project Management Professional or similar qualification

  • Familiarity with MES and MBR implementation
