We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead a high-performing team in a complex organization.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a team of HR Business Partners, driving strategic workforce planning, performance, and talent development. They will implement a new People Partner operating model, collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and senior stakeholders, and provide cover for senior HR colleagues when needed.
