Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Administrator to join our dynamic team.

This role will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication by providing support for RFQs, sales orders, and RMAs as the first point of contact.

Responsibilities
  • Support customers with order and service queries.
  • Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support to customers and channel partners.
  • Analyse data and prepare reports, including weekly updates for customers.
  • Manage quality returns and coordinate with repair centres.
  • Resolve post-sales issues related to orders, delivery, and payments.
  • Validate data across reports for sales representatives and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer support or account coordination role.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills and ability to work independently.
