Base pay range

Job Title: Customer Support Administrator
Location: Limerick
Remuneration: € €17.25 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary ongoing, dependant on client requirements

Responsibilities
  • Support the company's clients with order and service
  • Deliver pre and post-sales support to customers and channel partners
  • Prepare accurate quotations in line with company standards
  • Conduct analysis and reporting, including weekly updates for customers
  • Manage quality returns and coordinate with repair centres
  • Resolve post-sales issues related to orders, delivery, and payments
  • Validate data across reports for sales representatives and customers
  • Take on assigned projects and adapt responsibilities to meet goals
Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Administrator to join our dynamic team As the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to RFQs, sales orders, and RMAs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer support or account coordination role
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to manage complex projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
  • Demonstrable organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Capability to plan and implement new technologies as required
