Job Overview

This position plays a crucial role in the effective oversight and management of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all delegation and outsourcing arrangements are thoroughly vetted and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate due diligence processes for new and existing delegation/outsourcing parties to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Review and verify documentation, including questionnaires and ISAE reports, to confirm adherence to industry standards.
  • Manage the UII OCG resources to guarantee seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain open communication channels with UI Group, specialist departments, management, fund boards, outsourcing partners, and group members to ensure alignment and shared understanding of oversight objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of four to five years' professional experience in the Irish investment fund industry, credit institution, or consulting firm.
  • Proven experience in a managerial/supervisory role, ideally within a comparable sector.
  • Prior experience working with MS Office software and proficiency in utilizing its various tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the area of oversight is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, motivation, reliability, resilience, and a service-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
