Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced EU Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will oversee the EU operations team responsible for delivering great service efficiently against all key goals and performance indicators.
  • Ensuring compliance with CBI and EU regulations is essential for this role. You will review and evaluate current processes and work with the wider team to redesign how we execute complaints and VAIB processes to provide a great service, handle contacts efficiently, and offer the best customer experience possible.
  • Leading by example, you'll be a customer advocate in all you do and build a culture that our team and partners are proud to be a part of.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of operational teams serving complaints and vulnerable customers in a regulated environment.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with a proven track record of getting results through people.
  • Values-driven approach aligned with our core values.
  • Experience leading highly effective operations in a fast-paced environment with a large customer base.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong ability to coach and develop teams and individuals to achieve targets.
  • Strong communications skills to deliver business-wide messages in line with our values.
  • Ability to identify performance trends using data to solve problems and identify opportunities.
  • Fluency in MacOS, Slack, and GSuite tools with the ability to adapt to learn new systems and processes.
