Job Overview:

The Senior Process Engineer is a key role within our organization, responsible for spearheading the development and validation of critical process steps in the device manufacturing process.

  • Lead process development across equipment design, process parameters, and component control to drive efficiency and yield.
  • Develop and execute process characterization tools for medical device processes, focusing on laser welding and soldering techniques to optimize outputs.
  • Establish and implement validation plans that comply with regulatory standards, ensuring seamless integration within defined specifications.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving alignment among cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and shared goals.
  • Fostering strong relationships and maintaining consistent communication with key stakeholders to facilitate progress.
  • Serving as a technical expert in laser welding and soldering, providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and manufacturing staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's of Engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in a similar role
  • Deep experience with Design of Experiments, statistical methods
