Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge? A Restaurant Manager position in a well-established Hotel property may be the ideal opportunity for you. This role will require leading a team and ensuring consistent service, while also managing staff performance, budgets, and operations. If you have 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager and possess strong leadership and management skills, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the Restaurant, achieving goals through marketing and sales strategies, and developing relationships with other departments within the Hotel. The successful candidate will also be responsible for motivating and influencing the Restaurant team, delegating tasks and responsibilities to Waitstaff and Supervisors, and working alongside the Executive Head Chef to implement and style menus and specials.

Requirements for this role include having previous experience working in a 4 or 5* Hotel or high volume, high quality food outlet (desirable), proven ability to demonstrate competencies required for the role, effective communication skills, time management skills, strong organisation skills, and interpersonal skills.
