Leadership Opportunity in Social Care

A visionary leader is sought to spearhead a dedicated care team, fostering a culture of excellence and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and supervision to the care team.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, guaranteeing safe and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with HIQA standards and best practice in disability services.
  • Support, mentor, and develop staff members through guidance and training.
  • Promote a person-centred approach, empowering service users to achieve their goals.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 7 on the QQI Framework (BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent in Health/Social Care or relevant discipline).
  • At least 2 years' experience in a management role, preferably within the health, social care, or voluntary sector.
  • Strong knowledge of national and sectoral developments in quality and safety in disability services.
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams).
  • A valid driver's licence is essential for representing the organisation externally.
