We provide operational oversight and administrative support services to our member associations.
Job SummaryThe Office Supervisor will lead a team providing core services to our members. Key responsibilities include staff leadership, training, and guidance; workflow management, task delegation, and performance monitoring; facilities maintenance, equipment management, and supply chain oversight; record-keeping, software databases, correspondence, and report preparation for VHSS members; facilitating communication between staff, management, and external parties; ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures; addressing and resolving issues or challenges within the office environment; and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the office.
- Prior experience in office administration, housing services, and/or property management.
- An understanding of organizational dynamics and supervisory best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
A full driver's license and use of a car are essential. Strong organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to supervise and motivate staff, solve problems, and resolve conflicts is also necessary.
