
Administrative Team Lead

The role of Office Supervisor is a key position responsible for leading a team that provides services to members. As an experienced administrator and supervisor, you will oversee staff supervision, training, and guidance. Your responsibilities include work scheduling, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
You will ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for record-keeping, software databases, correspondence, and report preparation for members.
Furthermore, you will facilitate communication between staff, management, and external parties. You will ensure adherence to policies and procedures, address any issues or challenges that may arise within the office environment, and manage budgets and expenses.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the office, ensuring members and their tenants receive a professional service.
Requirements:- Experience in office administration, housing services, and/or property management
- Prior experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or supervisory role
- An understanding and knowledge of social housing issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
A full driver's license and use of a car are essential. We welcome applicants with qualifications in social housing, property management, and/or supervision.
