Job Title: Primary Application Support AgentJob Summary:

The Primary Application Support Agent plays a key role as the initial point of contact for employees requiring support across a range of SAP Application Products.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively resolving IT Incidents and Service Requests or directing them to the appropriate next-level support team.
  • Log, qualify, and manage incoming IT Incidents and Service Requests in the ticketing system, ensuring all issues are categorized and prioritized appropriately.
  • Utilize and contribute to the Knowledge Base to resolve common issues at the first level of support, thereby reducing dependence on escalation.

Requires a strong understanding of application systems and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality support.
