Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolves customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
- Participate in training and development programs to improve technical knowledge and skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Currently pursuing or holding a degree in healthcare, computer science, business, communication, or information technology is preferred
- 2–4 years of relevant customer service experience in a professional setting, ideally in a technical or life sciences environment
- Native-level fluency in Japanese and/or Chinese and professional-level proficiency in English (written and spoken) required
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to track record accuracy, thoroughness, and accountability in work
- Clinical trials familiarity preferred but not required
