Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to provide support for our catalog, with a focus on Tosca product.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in our office, working hybrid (3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical analysis and processing of requests from all customer segments.
  • Respond to issues, requests and inquiries via self-service cases, live chat, phone, and video.
  • Identify and organize cases according to priority and escalate cases to engineers when necessary.
  • Suggest improvements to internal documentation and knowledge-based content.
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leveraging effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in SaaS product support, with Platinum/Gold support experience an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German is considered an asset. Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Broad technical knowledge in databases, programming, and network technology.
  • Able to familiarize yourself quickly with complex software applications.
  • SAP application usage and SAP business process knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing support roles.
  • Prior experience with QA/automation testing tools is advantageous but not required.
