Service Manager Role

We provide support and services for individuals with disabilities, focusing on their needs and goals.

Our mission is to empower people with disabilities to achieve their full potential.

As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services that meet the identified needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service delivery meets customer needs and expectations through active participation and engagement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and learning opportunities.
  • Lead operational staff to foster a collaborative team environment, identify emerging talent, and develop performance management strategies.
  • Ensure quality and safety are prioritized in service provision, adhering to internal and external standards.
  • Identify and manage operational risks, implementing mitigating interventions and addressing audit findings within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

  • Full driving license is essential for this role.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required due to respite delivery responsibilities.
  • Project Management and People Management skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • MAPA Training is beneficial for this role.

Additional Requirements:

  • Safeguarding Training is mandatory.
  • Mental Health training is advantageous.
  • Autism awareness is an asset if applicable.
