Job Description:

The Client Service Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and building strong relationships with our clients. This includes managing project restructuring and transitions, identifying and mitigating client-related risk issues, and proactively working with clients and internal partners to automate manual processes and minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project restructuring and transitions to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  2. Identify and document client-related risk issues and implement mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to corporate risk management protocols.
  3. Collaborate with clients and internal partners to automate manual processes and minimize risk, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced costs.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and personalized service.
  5. Deliver timely and accurate client invoices and collect associated fees to drive revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
