Key Accountabilities
  • Reporting to the Area Manager, you will create and drive an ultimate experience of the brand by exceeding KPIs and inspiring your team to deliver their best.
  • You will be a customer experience pioneer, leading by example and wanting your customers to return as ambassadors.
  • You will be a true coach and mentor to your team, supporting and developing them to be the best they can be.
  • You will collaborate and innovate, influencing lasting relationships cross-functionally in retail and head office.
Requirements
  • You will have proven management experience at Assistant Manager level or above, with a track record of delivering exceptional results from KPIs to people.
