Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of care are met.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote safe and effective practice within the nursing home.
- Maintain accurate records and document patient care effectively.
- Provide leadership support, mentoring, and development for nursing staff, promoting continuous education and skill enhancement.
- Evaluate nursing staff in their clinical practices and encourage a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of post-registration experience in a similar position. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, you must be available to start immediately.
