We are seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role requires a mix of data analytics and deep product operational understanding to contribute meaningfully to product strategy and roadmap.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation in Product and Engineering. They will partner with R&D leadership to build long-term product-led growth plans and drive efficiencies through effective negotiations on cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop executable plans for product growth and return on investment with R&D leadership.
  • Evaluate investment decisions related to R&D initiatives using a data-driven approach.
  • Review and analyze product portfolios to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Negotiate effective contracts with cloud providers to drive efficiencies.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, product ops, or a related field in a fast-paced technology company.
  • Strong financial modelling and data-analytical skills, including proficiency in Advanced Excel and BI Platforms.
  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills at leadership team level.
  • Able to work with urgency while maintaining a long-term strategic focus.
