Leadership Role

As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by setting the tone and achieving outstanding guest services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aware of the level of business expected on the site and enable delivery of exceptional guest services.
  • Oversee, manage and assist in the daily operation of service areas ensuring they are adequately staffed and supervised.
  • Ensure that appropriate systems related to contractors' site visits are in use, service logs, granting permission for site access and paperwork completion.
  • Ensure all equipment on the site is up to required standard and not abused, by supervising and reacting to issues as they arise.
  • Report lateness/sickness to the relevant department manager.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage, oversee and assist in the daily operation of all service areas ensuring they are adequately staffed and supervised, implementing and maintaining the highest standard operation procedures for all service areas.
  • Be involved in stock takes which are carried out/to carry out stock takes.
  • Ensure implementation of cleaning procedures across the non-departmental areas.
  • Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene.
  • Be fully aware of all company policies and duties involved in each non department area.
Health & Safety:
  • In case of an emergency situation, ensure the safety of staff, customers and any other person on the premises.
  • You will be required to carry out emergency procedure as per case arisen.
  • Keep non-departmental areas tidy and safe and report any hazard, loss or damage to site management.
  • Be aware of trained first-aid personnel on the premises and the location of all first aid boxes.

The ideal candidate will be assertive and authoritative while also courteous and respectful. They should understand how to collaborate with various stakeholders, diplomatic, able to take control of situations and address them in a calm and professional manner. They can work in a fast-paced environment, make good/quick decisions, structured and demonstrates the ability to plan ahead. They should have experience in people management, successfully achieving sales targets and KPI's set out by Management.

They are a customer-focused manager who can build a quality and loyal customer base with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
