Job Description:
  • As the primary point of contact for medical and scientific experts, including payers and regulatory authorities, you will establish and maintain strong relationships built on trust and open communication.
  • You will deliver insightful discussions, presentations, and meetings that provide value to internal teams and external stakeholders, enhancing our understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Supporting clinical development by identifying potential investigators and facilitating clinical trial activities is a key aspect of this role.
  • You will lead scientific discussions, communicate up-to-date product information, and support medical education initiatives that promote knowledge sharing and expertise.
  • Provide field insights to inform brand strategies, clinical planning, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and train speakers on scientific data related to company products, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of medical excellence and compliance with relevant regulations and codes, driving best practices throughout the organization.
  • Stay current with the latest scientific developments through continuous learning and attendance at industry conferences and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced scientific qualifications (PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent) are preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison or within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
  • A willingness to travel regularly within Ireland and occasionally across Europe is required.
