Airfreight Export Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Airfreight Export Specialist to join our Dublin-based operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to thrive in a dynamic environment where efficiency and service excellence are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process airfreight export bookings from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor shipments from booking through to final delivery and payment, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- C Coordinate with airlines to secure optimal rates and transit times, leveraging market intelligence to maximize returns.
- Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth collection and processing of shipments, minimizing delays and errors.
- Label freight accurately for export, adhering to strict regulations and standards.
- Handle invoicing (sales and purchase), resolving any related queries and ensuring prompt payment.
- Respond to rate requests and prepare quotations, providing timely and competitive solutions.
- Support the development and enhancement of airfreight services, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective changes.
- Communicate effectively with overseas agents and partners, building strong relationships and driving collaborative success.
- Proven experience in airfreight export operations, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
