Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Strategist to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be accountable for driving clarity, pace, and accountability across how we plan and deliver against our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Support the business strategy development process by analyzing market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Functional Strategies: Develop functional strategies to deliver overall business & commercial strategy, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with sales, marketing, customer, and product teams to shape and develop Datalex's GTM strategy, identifying new market opportunities, analyzing competitive landscapes, and prioritizing customer segments to drive growth.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop a marketing strategy that underpins our GTM strategy, partnering with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all materials and campaigns, and collaborating with the product team to build product marketing collateral that supports our GTM strategy.
  • Operations: Analyze pipeline health, funnel conversion, and campaign ROI to provide actionable insights, optimize sales processes, and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Growth/Business Operations: Develop internal communications and updates to ensure organizational alignment on goals and priorities, track internal performance of key strategic business priorities, and lead monthly operations meetings with Datalex leadership to monitor performance versus plan.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a sales or revenue operations environment is an advantage.
