Product Lifecycle Specialist

The Role

A Product Owner at Datalex will be part of agile delivery teams, owning the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of technical architecture and the ability to learn and build complex products.

Responsibilities
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria for capabilities and activations, working closely with managers on core APIs and business value.
  • Ensure iterative approaches to product development through story support.
  • Responsible for refining stories and mapping dependencies for new features across multiple pods and teams.
  • Document capabilities for external consumption.
  • Sign-off completed stories, ensuring they meet quality and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a product backlog for agile teams, planning a minimum of four weeks ahead of sprints.
  • Prioritize and manage backlogs in conjunction with managers to align with strategic roadmaps and commercial soundness.
  • Work closely with customer and agile teams to activate products with partners, documenting requirements and supporting queries.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and implement actions and improvements within teams.
  • Support managers with training, demonstrations, and documentation.
  • Manage stakeholders across the organization, building strong relationships.
Experience Required
  • Minimum 5+ years as an agile Product Owner in a B2B/enterprise environment, working closely with partners.
  • Airline industry knowledge is beneficial but not necessary.
  • You must be a self-starter passionate about the travel industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with an adaptable mindset.
  • You will excel at time-management, being detail-oriented, and focused on customers and quality.
