We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Macroom, Co. Cork.

The role of an Assistant Hotel Manager includes helping the General Manager keep the day-to-day operations running, providing excellent customer service and working as part of a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of this hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2+ Years Hospitality Management experience in busy Hotel, Restaurant or Bar environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Time Management skills.
  • A friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to motivate self and team.
